- Nicole MillerNov, 22 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to deposit some money from my sons money box. Yes it was small denominations but all bagged individually n pre counted. My teller (sheila) advised they didn't have a coin counter then asked a colleague (not sure her name -never saw her face!) who was on the computer at time how much coins they could take. She replied not looking pur way once. When i asked a question to the teller at the computer she answered still not even looking at me once. Telling me they dont take it n id have to go to a bank. This is fine i dont mind going to a bank. However, it was the way she spoke to me in a i cbf with u tone n not even acknowledging me which annoyed me. Yes it was a friday at 4.30pm week after new years break no one wants to be at work but lady if u didn't have customers u wouldnt have work n with ur attitude not sure u should be in cust service.
